The company succedeed to increase the sales using an electronic system, by which the sales agents' activity could be monitored. Thus, each agent has a palm which allows him to access the database and the necessary technical data. An agent must visit daily at least 15 customers. "The people have daily, weekly and monthly clear targets, and their activity can be monitored using this system. From the moment we implemented the system, the sales increased constantly" said Den Braven manager.
